Symptoms

Unable to upload ATM coordinates with xml format.

Admin user cannot do ATM maintenance via file upload, failed to validate the ATM details.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user.
2. On dashboard click on ATM/Branch Maintenance.
3. Click on add.
4. Select ATM.
5. Select Input type as file upload.
6. Select a file to upload.
7. Click on Add and confirm.
