Bulk Uploaded Files Inquiry Shows Error Details as 'Record processing failed' for Bulk Transaction Record Stuck in OBPM Exception Queue

Bulk Payment, if entered exception queue at OBPM (Oracle Banking Payments), are marked as 'Processed with Exception' on Uploaded Files Inquiry screen. On clicking the record number, Record Details screen shows Error Details as 'Record processing failed'.
Payments which ends in exception queue at OBPM should have status that it has not failed and will be picked up for processing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Bulk File with payments which may fail checks in OBPM and land in Exception queue.
2. View the status of that payment in Upload Files Inquiry. It is displayed as 'Processed with Exception'.
3. Click on the Record to view the record details, that displays - 'Record processing failed' under Error Details.
