Issue In 'Other Transfer' (P2P Transfer) via Email option || Exception encountered while invoking the service (Doc ID 2810082.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to performs 'Other Transfer' (P2P Transfer) via Email option
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User
2. Go to "Payments & Transfers" >> "Other Payment"
3. Input required fields and submit.
4. Server Error appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer is not able to do Peer-to-Peer Transfer due to 500- Server Error.

Changes

No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
