Symptoms

While unlocking to modify a black-listed Customer, the user is getting error as  "Error Message Not Found For The Error Code p_err_code Please Maintain The Same".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open CIF maintenance screen
2. Query for blacklisted customer
3. Unlock modify and save.
