No Externalreferenceid On New Term Deposit Creation On OBDX Confirm Screen (Doc ID 2810107.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new TD, upon successful execution, users get externalReferenceId in response from JMS but this field does not get received in REST response (on browser)
or on the confirmation screen on OBDX.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to see the external reference id on the OBDX screen, upon successful execution of a new TD.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login as Corporate User
2) Navigate to New Deposit Screen
3) Fill out the details and submit
4) Observe no ExternalReferenceId is being displayed or received in response

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the externalReferenceId on screen.
