Goal
Client want a clarification:
For equity securities with readily determinable fair values not held for trading but if F_SIGNIFICANT_INVESTMENT_IND is set to N, where would Oracle end up reporting? Would they get reported in RC-F.4 and not RC-2.c?
ie for equity security, if N_FAIR_VALUE_HIERARCHY_SKEY = skey of level1 ie. FCT_REG_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY.F_READILY_DETER_FAIR_VALUE = Y, V_HOLDING_TYPE = AFS/HTM, F_SIGNIFICANT_INVESTMENT_IND = N, where it will be reported as per proposed configuration?
