RLUS_FRAS_REG_PROD_CLASS_28 Rule Logic Issue For All The Loans With Customer V_LV_OWNERSHIP = SUB
(Doc ID 2810281.1)
Last updated on OCTOBER 04, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Financial Services - Regulatory Reporting for US Federal Reserve - Lombard Risk Integration Pack - Version 8.0.9 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
One of the rules(RLUS_FRAS_REG_PROD_CLASS_28) which is classifying loans as “ADNONBANASSO - Advances Due From Nonbank Subsidiaries And Associated Nonbanks” when condition for customer V_LV_OWNERSHIP = SUB and Depository Institution Flag = N is met for the LOANS. This reclass is not being reported in RC-C as expected.
The intent of the rule is to re-classify Loans within Wells entities (Loans given by CBSD to CWFN).
If that is correct then this rule should only run only for Wells entities and not on third parties.
The merge query for the Rule from Wells USFED 80890 environment does not have any join to ensure that this rule fires only for internal entities.
