The "View Inquiries" Action Does Not Work As Expected For Incoming Transactions in PASIVIEW (Doc ID 2810355.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The "View Inquiries" action does not work as expected for incoming transactions.


In PASOVIEW selecting a transaction and pressing "View Inquiries" action, opens PASOTQRY and show Inquiries linked to the selected outgoing payment.
However doing the same steps for incoming transactions by going to PASIVIEW and selecting a transaction and pressing "View Inquiries" does not show Inquiries linked to the selected transactions but simply sends the users to PASINQRY.

After screen PASINQRY is showed after user has pressed 'View Inquiry Received' no records are showed, not even the record for the selected transactions. (Even if for that incoming transaction there is an inbound payment inquiry)
