On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
For an account Unable to perform VAMI and failing with below error.

ST-COM036 Response is Empty
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to perform a VAMI for a Loan account which have Liability as Null in parties Tab
2. Error displayed is Response is Empty, System should show appropriate error description to user
3. Either System should not allow to Input Null in Liability Or the VAMI should be allowed considering it as 0

Due to this issue, users cannot perform VAMI operation.
