Transaction Details & Country Name In Modify User Doesn't Show In Checker Screen (Doc ID 2810466.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user is modified through Modify User option using Superadmin User -
On the review screen and confirm screen - the country details is not appearing (both Retail / Corporate).

Using a Maker Checker Admin User -
The country details are not appearing for a Maker User in the review and confirm screen.
The transaction details do not appear from Checker Screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Country details should be available in Superadmin and Maker Checker scenarios. Also, transaction details
should be visible to the checker while Approving.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A) Using Superadmin user - Modiy a Retail User
1. All the detail were shown on the screen (including country)
2. On the review screen country is not appearing
3. On confirm country is not appearing.

B) Using Admin Maker user - Modify a Retail User
1. All the detail were shown on the screen (including country)
2. On the review screen country is not appearing
3. On confirm country is not appearing.
4. Check the transaction under Activity Log widget > Customer Maintenance > Click on the reference number to view details. Transaction details will not appear.
5. Now, Login with Admin Checker to Approve/Reject this modify user transaction
6. Go to activity Log widget > Customer Maintenance > Click on the reference number to view details. Transaction details will not appear.

C) Using Superadmin user - Modify a Corporate User
1. All the detail were shown on the screen (including country).
2. Change the country to a new value.
3. On the review screen country is not appearing
4. On confirm country is not appearing. But in the database it is updated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot see the country details and other transaction details while modifying user.
