Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the My Spend View Transaction page, after doing filter functionality when come on My spend page then there filter icon disappears on screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After doing filter functionality the filter icon should show on the screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application.
2. Click on Menu PFM->Spend->View Transaction.
3. Click on filter icon.
4. User selected the category/Subcategory which don’t have any transactions.
5. Come on filter result screen.
6. The filter button disappears. (ISSUE)
7. Then screen scroll down filter icon appear.
8. This confuses the customer to understand and find the search filter, there should be a fixed area for the filter and shouldn’t scroll.
