Symptoms

System did not properly update the status of the outgoing payments that were processed from Warehouse queue even though payments were liquidated and message generated and handed off.
Because of this issues the same payments were processed again by warehouse job on next working day liquidating the payment once again and generating another set of MT messages MT103 and MT202.
