On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Auto authorized for all Teller in some branches when GL debit is done from 1060 - Miscellaneous GL debit Screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should go for go for checker validation for any transaction.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Flexcube.
2. Change branch and login through teller user
3. Open 1060 screen and post the transaction for any amounts greater than 1.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can post transaction without authorization
