Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Successfully Completed Cash Withdrawal transaction(function id 1001) when fetched form workflow for Reversal. The button "COUNTERPASSER/REVERSAL" does not appear.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Reversal of the Reported Transaction Should be allowed to be processed Successfully


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Balance TILL as the transaction can't be reversed.
