Invalid Message "{Transaction_Name} Submitted Successfully" is Observed When a Transaction Fails at Core Banking (Doc ID 2810832.1)

In case of Redeem TD, when the transaction is approved, the transaction fails at Host, the message shown on the OBDX screen is wrong.
The message says - "Error - Redeem TD submitted successfully"
where as the transaction actually failed at Host side.

If a transaction fails at Host side, then the message should appropriately be shown on the screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Maker and initiate a TD Redeem on OBDX Application
2. Login as Checker, on the checker dashboard, select the reference number of a term deposit that needs to be approved.
3. Click approve on the next screen (shown in Flow 2).
4. Enter some details and click approve.
5. The color scheme and message shown upon failing does not match the status of the approval (shown in Flow 3).

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not see a correct message of success failure of TD Redeem.
