Symptoms
System showing Error Wallet Sign Up screen on Mobile application as well as mobile browser.

System cannot process the request, please try again later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Below scenario is tested via android browser and application.
1) Go to Login Screen
2) Click on Wallet-signup hyperlink which is present on login screen (is a pre-login step)
3) On click of the link, user is asked to enter the mobile number for wallet registration
4) Enter the required mobile number
5) Enable check box to agree terms & conditions on same screen
6) Click on Get OTP button on same screen
7) Above error is observed.
8) Also OTP is not received.

Due to this issue, users cannot sign up on Wallet Sign Up screen on Mobile application as well as mobile browser.
