When attempting to close the bank guarantee contract which is expired
the following error occurs.

ST-OTHR-001 - Unhandled exception
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract which is expired to be closed.
2. Ensure mismatch in the lien linkage between bank guarantee contract and term deposit account.
3. Try to close the bank guarantee contract.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the bank guarantee contract and settle the customer account.
