Unable to crystalize the bill contract - EL-FCJ-001 and LD-UP0011 (Doc ID 2810932.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

When attempting to crystalize the bill contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
EL-FCJ-001 - No data exists for facility
EL-FCJ-001 - Failed in processing during defaulting of values at facility
LD-UP0011 - Invalid credit line xxx
ST-SAVE-028 - Failed to process the request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bill to be crystallized
2. Ensure mismatch in the credit line linked.
3. Try to crystallize the bill contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot crystallize the bill contract and create a loan contract.
