Buy Cash From Vault Screen Not Working (Doc ID 2810942.1)

When attempting to Buy the cash from Vault the following error occurs.

RM_TX_CC_01 - Given currency is not available in the Till

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to the function Buy the cash from Vault
2. Input the details
3. Save the transaction
4. system failed with the Error
RM_TX_CC_01 - Given currency is not available in the Till

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do the Buy cash from the Vault
