Symptoms
When attempting to click on check host availability while adding host configurations,
the following error occurs.

Unable to fetch service name. Please contact your bank administrator.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Admin application
2. Navigate to System Configuration
3. Configure host
