"Failed to load PDF document." Error Occurs While Using Download as PDF Option on Uploaded Files Inquiry Screen. (Doc ID 2811227.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open downloaded PDF via Download as option from Uploaded File Inquiry screen,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error while opening PDF:
Failed to load PDF document.

Error in Logs:



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user. Navigate to File Upload > Uploaded Files Inquiry
2. Search for the File status in Error. The File Workflow train to be failed at Verified stage.
3. Select the Download as PDF option. Try to open the PDF.
