ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Lodge claim Guarantee issued Screen- the claim details tab the mandatory fields are in read-only mode and not able to enter the claim amount, date of demand, and the demand type.
Also, Charges default error is displayed in the scrutiny and DE stage and the page keeps loading in the settlement details tab in DE stage. Unable to proceed further.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Claim details should be enabled for amendment.
To be able to proceed without any errors in the tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Lodge Claim Guarantee issued Screen
2. Submit Registration stage
3. At the Scrutiny Stage verify whether Claim Details fields are amendable.
