Channel Drop down List in View Limits Should Not Show Disabled Access Points for User (Doc ID 2811835.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Individual access point is displayed in channel drop down list under View Limits even after disabling it from database.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once access point is disabled should not be displayed in the View Limits channel drop down list.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update status field to "N" in table DIGX_FW_ACCESSPOINT for desired access point.
2. Login via corporate user. Navigate to Toggle Menu > Payments > Payments and Transfer > Transfer Money.
3. Click on View Limits. On the My Limits modal window the Channel drop down the list of all access point are displayed.
