Reported on: 8.0.8.1.22 RRS

Problem Description: Performance issue experienced by the business user when trying to switch between transaction/disposition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the STR application
2. On the search and list page select a report link
3. On report navigate to the Report Information tab
4. Select a specific transaction or disposition from the record grid
5. Observe time to load details (10 + seconds)
6. Again switch to another transaction or disposition, Observe time to load details again (10 + seconds)
