"No Entries To Submit" Error On Outward Clearing Data Entry Transaction (Doc ID 2811882.1)

Symptoms

In OBBRN, while posting of outward clearing data entry transaction, on transaction save system is throwing error "No Entries to Submit".

Error "No Entries to Submit".



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Outward clearing screen
2. Add details of transaction
3. On Submit , Approval message appears
4. transaction disapper fro the screen.
5.On confirmation. System throws error
