Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank team noticed that SMTB_SMS_LOG getting locked during operation hours while SMTB_SMS_LOG_HIST table has no records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SMTB_SMS_LOG table data should get archived into SMTB_SMS_LOG_HIST table

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform operations in flexcube, unless locks are manually removed.
