LC Attachment Transactions Are Not Available To Approver For Authorization. (Doc ID 2811937.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Approver is not able to view LC attachment transactions in "Pending for Approval" widget.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
Approver should able to view LC attachment transactions in "Pending for Approval" widget.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate maker
2. Navigate to "Trade Finance->View Import LC"
3. Search for Active LC
4. Click on any record and navigate to "View Attachment" tab.
5. Attach Documents and Click on Submit.
6. Login to OBDX with Corporate Checker.
7. Navigate to "Pending For Approval" widget.
8. Click on Trade Finance tab.
9. Record is not available for approval.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, corporate checker is not able to authorized LC attachment transactions.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
