New password accepts more than defined consecutive and identical characters.

Password should be as per the defined password policy.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the application
2. Click on the 'Forgot Password' hyperlink
3. Enter the new password and observe
