Searching Of Customer Using Customer Full Name In STDCULND Is Case Sensitive. (Doc ID 2812201.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Searching of customer using customer full name in STDCULND is case sensitive. Hence, users can't search customer by full name.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to search customer with full name in any case.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to STDCULND screen
2. Click on Customer tab 
3. Select search By "Customer Full Name". Search for customer with Name.
4. Lov display's data only with Case sensitive "Customer Full Name"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remember the customer full name with proper case.
