On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In CL product maintenance screen for the start reference field drop down value calendar is missing 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to add both calendar and value date as value for Start Reference field in CL product maintenance screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDPRMNT
2. add all the details and try to check the calendar drop down for Start Reference field

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,users cannot save product with calendar date as option for the start reference field
