Goal


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System displays as 0 for locked records under activity logs.

When an maker performs a transaction system displays as 0 for locked records under activity logs (Non-financial) in maker id even after the checker has locked the transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The locked transaction by Approver should be reflected in Activity log of the Maker.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login In OBDX transaction and perform any transaction as a maker so that it goes for approval to checker id.
2. Now using checker ID search for the initiated transaction and lock the transaction.
3. Check the activity log of the maker, it would display locked record as 0, which should ideally be 1.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check the locked record in activity log.
