User Account Access Details For Linked Party Id Is Not Visible To Approver. Blank Screen Displayed. (Doc ID 2812472.1)

Symptoms

Linked party's user account access details are not visible to checker on approval screen, following error is displayed.

ERROR
-----------------------
Blank page is displayed. (with no user account access details)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login with Admin maker user
2.Go to user account access screen
3.Enter the party id and click on search
4.Displays the users click on the users hyperlink.
5.Displays the accounts mapping details
6.Go to the link customers
7.Click on the current and savings hyperlink.
8.Displays the accounts with check boxes click on the checkboxes on accounts checkbox for mapping then click on the next button
9.Displays the selected accounts with details select as per requirement then click on save button.
10.Review the details entered and click on confirm.
11.Login with Admin checker user
12.Click on party maintenance see the transaction submitted from maker for user account access.
13.Click on the "Reference No" link. 
14.User account access details are not available.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, checker is not able to view user account access details before approving transaction.
