ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The View Initiated Transactions for Mange Rules is not seen with correct alignment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The View Initiated Transactions for Mange Rules must be seen with correct alignment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login using admin user
2. Click on Transactions --> Under Initiated Transactions click on Manage Rules
3. From list of reference numbers click on any link.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the screen properly due to uneven formatting.
