Account Details Link On E-statement Confirmation Not showing Account Details as Expected (Doc ID 2812804.1)

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Go to Account Details" link on E-statement confirmation not working as expected and showing BLANK Account Details for Retail User.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Go to Account Details" link on E-statement confirmation must work as its working for Corporate User

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login OBDX Application as Retail User
2. Select "Current & Savings Account"
3. Select a desired Account >> View Statement >> click on 'E-statement' hyperlink >> A popup appears asking to Subscribe or Unsubscribe E-statement
4. Click on "Subscribe/Unsubscribe"
5. Confirmation screen appears where a link is available as "Go to Account Details"
6. Click on this link which redirects to Account Details
7. "Account Details" screen caption appears with not details.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Retail User is not able to see Account Details.

Changes

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
