External Ref No In Flexcube Is Different From Branch Transaction Ref No (Doc ID 2812841.1)

When banking branch operations are performed system generates one transaction ref no which can be seen in Receipt tag in advice.
This transaction ref no is 16 characters, this is suppose to go to external ref no of actb_daily_log table for reference.
But while inserting into actb_daily_log of Flexcube it is appending 1 to the reference number and making it as 17 characters, Bank is raising this issue as it is difficult for track the entries.

why the Transaction reference number is different from the external reference number ?
