Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

System is not able to fetch liabilities on dashboard when corporate user logged in OBDX application.

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX with corporate user
2. labilities will not display and system prompt error "System cannot process request."

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, corporate users cannot view available liabilities on dashboard.

Changes

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
