Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If customer name has special characters in it then , customer is not able to download, email or print e-receipt

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customers must be able to download email or print e-receipt, even if it has special characters in the customer name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a customer, with name having special characters like &
2. Perform one fund transfer
3. Check if e-receipt is downloadable.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users having special characters in name cannot download, email or print e-receipt
