'Clear' Button Functionality Is Not Working in the Party Account Access Screen (Doc ID 2813202.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'Clear' button functionality in the Party Account Access screen doesn't work on entering more than 20 characters in the Party ID field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Clear' button should clear all the input fields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Admin user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Access Management > Account Access > Party Account Access
3. Enter more than 20 characters in the Party ID field and click on the 'Clear' button
