ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to do inter branch limit transfer
Within same branch, we are able to limit transfer through GEDTRANS in 14.3 but unable to do so if "To Limit Line" branch is different. For example we tried to limit amount transfer from A Br (Liability ID XXX) to B Br (Liability ID YYYY) but no limit line against YYYY shown but whenever we changed the To Liability ID belongs to same branch then limit lines are shown.
