Symptoms

Actual Behaviour
-----------------------
Accounting entries not posted in FLEXCUBE for transaction posted in Oracle Banking Payment application after cutoff time.

Expected Behaviour
-----------------------
Accounting entries should be processed in FLEXCUBE successfully, for transaction posted in Oracle Banking Payment application after cutoff time.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do OBPM transaction after cutoff time.
2. Check ECA status as it would have got closed after network cut off and ECA block again not established after future value queue.
3. Check whether accounting entries posted in FLEXCUBE

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the accounting entries in FLEXCUBE for transactions posted in Oracle Banking Payment application during network cutoff time.

Changes

 Application changes done not to pass closed ECA block ref no while processing the transaction from Future value queue.
