2FA OTP Screen Does Not Show up for Forgot Username and Change Password Screen (Doc ID 2813540.1)

Admin configuration done for 2FA with 'One Time Password' for 'Transaction Type' - 'Change Credentials' and 'Forgot Username' for Retail/Corporate enterprise roles, the Retail/Corporate user is not asked for OTP authentication when trying to perform these transactions.

Retail/Corporate users configured with 'One Time Password' for 'Change Credentials' and 'Forgot Username' enterprise roles should be asked for OTP verification when trying to change password or retrieve User ID using 'Forgot User ID' screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Toggle Menu navigate to Configuration > Transaction Aspects to enable 2FA for Forgot User ID and Change Credentials from Admin.
2. From Toggle Menu navigate to Security > Authentication and Setup 'One Time Password' at level 1 for Forgot User ID and Change Credentials for Retail/Corporate.
3. Click Forgot Username link on login page.
4. Enter Email and Date of Birth and submit.
5. Similarly for Change Credential login to Retail/Corporate.
6. From Toggle Menu navigate to Account Settings > Change Password and submit current and new password to change password.
7. The OTP screen is not displayed for both the Forget Username and Change Password transactions.
