Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When UI build is done on the channel folder - the Flows brought into extension are not getting minified.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Flows of any customized unit should get minified when UI build is done.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate product channel artifacts using channel folder and libs provided in 21.1.0.1.0 Patchset
2. Load generated product channel folder into UI toolkit provided in 21.1.0.1.0 Patchset
3. Bring Cheque Book Request Flows into extensions using UI toolkit provided in 21.1.0.1.0 Patchset
4. Perform UI build on channel folder created after step 3.
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, Bank users cannot build the UI successfully.
