Symptoms

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

When attempting to reverse the bank guarantee contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR

LC-CR001 - Failed in reverse accounting


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract to be reversed.
2. Ensure mismatch in the lien linkage between bank guarantee contract and term deposit account.
3. Try to reverse the bank guarantee contract

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse the bank guarantee contract and adjust nostro account.
