Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Maker is able to Approve its own Transaction from Transaction Activity log . This happens when maker is also part of User group for Approval level

 

 

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as Maker

  2. Initiate an Move Money Transaction .

  3. Go to Activity log for Maker

  4. Click on Transaction initiated

  5. Approve / Reject button is visible for Maker

  6. Approve or Reject Transaction .

Changes

Issue Prerequisite Conditions 

1. Maker and Check are part of Same user Group

2. Workflow contains User Group as approval level

3. Rule for maker contains Workflow mentioned in point 2
