ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System does not disable tab “Local undertaking Detail” for the guarantee of type “Request” in LCDGUAMD

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Guarantee of Type Request should disable the Local Undertaking Detail tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the Guarantee issuance of type Request.
2. Verify the Local Undertaking Detail tab.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Local Undertaking Detail tab should be disabled for the Guarantee of type Request.
