On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to modify the liability currency
the following error occurs.
ERROR

GEDMLIAB-17 - Facility is linked for this liab, liab currency cannot be changed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a liability for modifying the currency
2. Ensure mismatch in the currency selected after modification.
3. Try to save the liability record.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot arrive at correct asset and liability of a customer.
