Issue with amending a contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. unlock the contract, an error is generated and the trade cannot be saved.
Changes
Script will be provided to mark the Waiver (Flag) and DISC_ACCR_APPLICABLE in CFTB_CONTRACT_INTEREST to ‘N’. Also, status flag will be updated to P
