Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While inputting Security Instrument the Auto Initiation of Corporate Action remained unchecked inadvertently. Therefore, redemption has not occurred automatically on 09-10-2021. Subsequently, system does not allow to sell the security manually as the redemption date expired.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the Auto Initiation has been checked then  the system shall process the redemption of the security deal automatically else the user has to do the manual redemption on the due date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a deal and uncheck the Auto initiation of Corporate Action
2. Check the deal redemption on or after the redemption date

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The security is not getting auto redeemed hence users need to manually redeem the deal before on or before the redemption date
