Faster Payment not saving after liquidating in FTSTRONL 'Pending Release'

When contract details inputted and saved ,getting error CV-GENIS01

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From FTDTRONL screen, select a contract that is in Pending Release Queue
2. Liquidate the contract and verify if it getting saved successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidate the contract that is in Pending Release queue
