RT Tracks Recovery Failing With ST-FUS-029 In RTAUTDLY Batch For Islamic Accounts (Doc ID 2815529.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Bank has configured real time deduction of charges against cheque book issuance and created RT product for Islamic accounts. If account has insufficient balance, charges are being tracked in CSTB_AUTO_SETTLE_BLOCK. Once the account has balance available for deduction, system is blocking the amount for deduction of charge. But at EOD, system is not settling the tracked charge against particular account in RTAUTDLY batch.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The track amount should be recovered during EOD in batch RTAUTDLY if funds are available in the account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure checkbook online charges.
2. Issue checkbook with the account having insufficient funds for charge deduction but track receivable is active, so the charges are tracked in Cstb_Auto_Settle_block.
3. Credit funds in account , run EOD and verify are the charges recovered during EOD.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, the due charges are not getting deducted despite the funds are available.
